About Villa
Our villa offers luxurious accommodation for 8 guests across approximately 200 m² of living space. You will find 4 spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, an open living and dining area, as well as a professional and fully equipped kitchen located at the heart of the villa. The carefully selected interior design will perfectly complement your comfort and sense of well-being in the villa.
Pool
In the outdoor area of the villa, you’ll be greeted by a breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic view of the sea and the island of Brac. The highlight: the 12-meter-wide infinity pool, where you can enjoy the spectacular panorama even more intensely. On the spacious terrace, a barbecue invites you to end the day with delicious specialties in a relaxed atmosphere.
Architecture
The modern architectural villa consists of two building complexes connected by a central area. This central space plays a key role, linking the two wings and serving as a transition zone.
In the left building complex, there are two bedrooms on the upper floor. The ground floor is designed with a spacious living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a cloakroom, and a laundry room. A separate guest WC is located right next to the front door, making it easily accessible for visitors.
In the right building complex, there is one bedroom on the ground floor and another on the upper floor. The layout of the rooms ensures privacy and a well-organized flow within the house. The modern architecture combines functionality with a clear design, creating a space that is both comfortable and stylish.
Rooms
Our 4 modernly furnished rooms each feature an en-suite bathroom. Two of the rooms are equipped with double beds, which can also be separated into single beds if needed. The other two rooms each have double beds.
All rooms offer stunning views—either the beautiful southern view over the sea or the breathtaking mountain view of the massive mountain range.
The bathrooms are equipped with essential toiletries and include their own hairdryers. The comfort factor in the bathrooms is enhanced by the rainfall showers, providing a truly relaxing experience.
Bedding and towels are, of course, provided for the duration of your stay at the villa, ensuring your utmost comfort.
