The final part of the road probably requires a 4x4 under less ideal weather circumstances. The access to the villa is via 4 sets of stairs which probably makes it less suitable for elderly travels as well as people with young children. The villa itself is beautiful located on a hill, overlooking the sea. The infinity pool is a nice add on. The 4 bedrooms are all equipped with an en-suite bathroom. The water pressure at times is an issue. It’s also worth noting that 3 of the 4 bedrooms have stairs leading to the bedroom. The WiFi in the villa is virtually non-exists. Clearly a big compliant for our teenage children. It’s a pity that on the website where we booked, the owner didn’t mention this. Only when you arrive in the villa, you can read in the brochure that WiFi is an issue, as well as general reception on the mountain, so at best you get 3G internet access. On the day of arrival the large fridge/ freezer didn’t work. The host paid for our lunch the following day and they delivered a new (smaller) fridge on the 2nd evening of our stay. For the EUR 5500 we had to pay for the villa, I believe this is overpriced. For that amount you expect everything to work perfectly.
