The modern architecture of our Villa offers you a luxurious accommodation for eight people on approx. 200 m² of living space.

You will find four spacious en-suite bedrooms, an open living and dining area, and a professional and fully equipped kitchen, which is located in the heart of the Villa. All areas are equipped with air conditioning.

Modern Bedrooms
with Sea and Mountain Views

The upper floor of the villa’s left wing features two modern bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. Beds can be arranged as singles if required.

The south-facing room offers panoramic sea views, while the north-facing room provides partial sea views, garden access, and stunning views of the Omiška Dinara mountains.

Both rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, built-in wardrobes, a dumb waiter, and modern bathrooms with rain showers, hairdryers, and toiletries.

Master & Superior Bedrooms
with Sea Views

The right wing of the villa features an elegant master bedroom on the upper floor with a king-size bed, free-standing bathtub, en-suite bathroom, and panoramic sea views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathroom offers garden access, mountain views, a rain shower, hairdryer, and toiletries.

On the ground floor, the superior bedroom offers a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a south-west sea view, and direct access to the terrace and infinity pool. The room is completed with a built-in wardrobe, an armchair, and a small library for relaxing moments.

The ground floor features a wardrobe room, storage with washing machine, and a separate guest toilet.

At the heart of the villa is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, connecting both wings. The adjacent dining area seats up to 8 guests, while a split-level staircase leads to the stylish living room with a classic gramophone.

Large glass fronts fill the space with natural light and seamlessly connect the interior with the terrace and outdoor area.

The villa’s outdoor area features a 12 m heated infinity pool with panoramic views of the sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar. The pool, treated with electrolysis, is surrounded by a wooden terrace with sun loungers and a hot & cold outdoor shower.

A large terrace in front of the kitchen and dining area offers shaded seating under modern sun sails, perfect for enjoying meals or grilled specialties in the fresh Mediterranean air.

The villa is secluded in beautiful Dalmatian nature and directly connected to hiking and mountain bike trails. The nearby village of Mimice offers a supermarket with bakery, a post office, and charming restaurants and cafés. Two pebble beaches with crystal-clear water are just 800 m away and are ideal for families, with beach bars nearby.

Founded in the 17th century, Mimice preserves its traditional charm through historic monuments, the Church of Sant Roko, and local wine production. Larger towns are easily accessible: Omiš in 15 minutes, Makarska in 20 minutes, and Split with its UNESCO-protected Diocletian’s Palace in 45 minutes by car.

The region offers a wide range of activities for all interests. Enjoy boat trips to nearby islands, rafting on the Cetina River, zip-lining over the Cetina Canyon, or the Biokovo Skywalk at 1,228 m. Water lovers can also try bouncy castles on the water and other aquatic adventures.

For hiking enthusiasts, the Dinara and Biokovo mountains offer spectacular trails. History and culture fans will love the Klis Fortress, where you can relive scenes from Game of Thrones.
