- To allow the villa to be prepared for the next guests, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM at the latest. If you need to leave before 10:00 AM, please let us know so our cleaning team can start earlier and not wait unnecessarily.
- If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us so we can arrange a replacement.
- You will also perform a self-check-out. Please follow these steps:
- Do not leave windows or doors open – make sure everything is securely closed until the cleaning team arrives.
- Please turn off all air conditioning units.
- Our cleaning team will surely appreciate it if you load and run the dishwasher .
- Move your car out of the garage and close the garage door.
- Place the key set (garage remote, safe key, and one main entrance key) on the dining table.
- Lock the main entrance door using the second main entrance key.
- Return the main entrance key to the key safe. Turn the dials on the key safe so the code is not left set.
