You are welcome to smoke outdoors. Please use the provided ashtrays and keep the area clean.

Throwing cigarette butts in the surrounding area is strictly prohibited due to fire risk.

Please handle fire with care when using the outdoor grill.

Pets are not allowed.

Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.

No additional overnight guests are permitted without prior consent.

Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance.

Dispose of garbage and recycling in the designated bins.

Please dispose of your trash before you leave. Garbage collection is on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Use the pool at your own risk.

Use the dark towels provided for the pool area.

Children must always be supervised.

No glass near the pool area.

Do not adjust the valves on the water pipes in the garage

Treat the villa and its furnishings with care. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately.

Keep the villa reasonably clean during your stay. If the property is left in an excessively dirty condition, a special cleaning fee will apply.

The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
