Stay & Arrival Minimum stay: 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday). Check-in: Saturday from 4:00 PM. Check-out: Saturday until 10:00 AM.
Payment Terms Deposit: 30% of the total rental price, payable upon reservation. Final payment: due no later than 30 days before arrival. No hidden additional costs – no final cleaning fee and no visitor’s tax.
Security Deposit Refundable security deposit: €500, payable with the final payment. The deposit will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection.
Cancellation Policy Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (100% refund). 50% refund of the total booking price for cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged.
House Rules To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that the following house rules are respected:
To allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation, please respect the check-in time of 4:00 PM and check out by 10:00 AM at the latest.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only.
Littering and the disposal of cigarette butts in the outdoor areas are strictly prohibited.
Before departure, please dispose of rubbish in the designated bins and leave the villa in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior written approval has been obtained from the villa owner.
Any additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy must receive prior written approval from the villa owner.
Illegal activities, harassment, and unauthorised animals are strictly prohibited.
Events, including parties, are only permitted with prior written approval from the villa owner, appropriate insurance coverage (if required), and payment of any applicable fees.
Please respect the neighbours at all times. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise and loud music are not permitted.
Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Lost keys or access devices may incur a replacement fee.
For safety reasons, glass bottles and drinking glasses are not permitted in the pool area. Please use plastic or shatterproof containers only.
Throwing food, drinks, or any other objects into the pool is strictly prohibited.
Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times, including while using the pool. Children must never be left unattended in or around the pool.
Guests are responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused during their stay and must leave the villa and its contents in the same condition as upon arrival, excluding normal wear and tear.
Failure to comply with these House Rules may result in the retention of the security deposit. Any additional costs or damages exceeding the deposit amount will be charged to the guest.
