Stay & Arrival
Minimum stay: 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday)
Check-in: Saturday from 4:00 PM
Check-out: Saturday until 10:00 AM
Payment Terms
Deposit: 30% of the total rental price, payable upon reservation
Final payment: due no later than 30 days before arrival
No hidden additional costs – no final cleaning fee and no visitor’s tax
Security Deposit
Refundable security deposit: €500, payable with the final payment
The deposit will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (100% refund)
50% refund of the total booking price for cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged
House Rules
-Pets are not allowed
-Smoking is not permitted inside the house; smoking is allowed in outdoor areas
-Minimum age of guests: 25 years
-Illegal activities, harassment, or unauthorised animals are strictly prohibited.
-Events such as parties require prior written approval, appropriate insurance, and the payment of applicable fees.
-Any additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy must be approved in writing by the villa owner.
-Guests are responsible for any damage, injury, or loss occurring during their stay and must ensure that the villa and its contents are left in the same condition as upon arrival.
