How do I book Villa Forte?
You can book Villa Forte directly with us in a simple, secure, and seamless way. Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email with your preferred travel dates, and we will promptly confirm availability and assist you throughout the booking process, ensuring a safe and reliable reservation.
How many guests can Villa Forte accommodate?
Villa Forte provides generous living space and exceptional comfort for up to 8 guests, making it the perfect choice for families or groups seeking a private and relaxing stay.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring the availability of Villa Forte for all guests.
Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival: A full refund (100% of the total booking amount) will be provided.
Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival: A 50% refund of the total booking amount will be granted.
In case of a no-show: The full booking amount (100%) will be charged.
What are the payment terms?
To confirm and secure your reservation at Villa Forte, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required. The remaining 70% balance will be payable 30 days prior to your arrival.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
A minimum stay of 7 nights is required for all reservations at Villa Forte.
Are there discounts for longer stays?
Yes, we offer special discounts for longer stays. Please feel free to contact us and we’ll prepare a quote for you.
Are children welcome?
Of course. Villa Forte is perfectly suited for families with children and offers a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests of all ages.
Are pets allowed?
At this time, Villa Forte does not allow pets. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Check-in & Check-out

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: Saturday from 4:00 PM.
Check-out: Saturday until 10:00 AM.
Can I book an early check-in or late check-out?
As our villa is usually being prepared for incoming guests between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, an early check-in before 4:00 PM or a late check-out after 10:00 AM is unfortunately not possible as standard.
In individual cases, we may be able to accommodate your request depending on availability. Please feel free to contact us in advance, and we will be happy to check what is possible.
How does the check-in process work?
You will enjoy a convenient self check-in and self check-out experience. Before your arrival, you will receive the code for the key safe, allowing you to check in independently at any time in a flexible and hassle-free way.

Payments & Cancellations

Which payment methods do you accept?
With the reservation confirmation you will receive all information regarding payment. Payment is to be made by bank transfer. Cash payment on site is not possible.
How can I change my reservation or cancel my stay?
Just send us an email or a WhatsApp message. We will personally take care of your request and help you adjust or cancel your stay.
Our cancellation policy:
100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival.
50% refund for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival. In case of a no-show: The full booking amount (100%) will be charged.

Parking & Location

Where can I park?
Free parking is available directly in front of the Villa. In addition, a garage inside the house is also at your disposal.
How do I get to the Villa Forte?
Enter the address and the navigation will lead you directly to your door. GPS coordinates are: Latitude 43.407563 | Longitude 16.810052.

Amenities

Is Wi-Fi available ?
Yes, free Wi‑Fi via Starlink is available. 
Is the tap water safe to drink?
The tap water comes from the source of the river Cetina, is regularly tested/monitored and is drinkable. You can safely drink it, brush your teeth with it or prepare ice cubes with it. For your convenience, we have also installed a water filter.
How is housekeeping handled?
The final cleaning is included in the price. If you book for more than one week and would like an interim cleaning, please contact us so we can organize it in time. The interim cleaning is not included in the price.
How do I dispose of my waste?
There are different garbage cans in front of the Villa:
Blue garbage can: paper and cardboard
Grey garbage can: residual waste
Yellow garbage can: packaging and plastic.
Unfortunately there is no can for glass bottles yet. Please put the glass bottles in a bag in the garage – our cleaning team will then dispose of them properly.
Please keep to the waste separation and throw the appropriate waste into the appropriate garbage can! Otherwise the garbage cans will unfortunately not be emptied.
How should I leave Villa Forte at check-out?
Please leave the house in a tidy condition, just as you found it. Close all windows and doors. You will receive further instructions from us before check-out.
Is smoking allowed inside?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You may smoke outside, but please do not litter cigarette butts around the area to avoid fire hazards.
Am I allowed to use a barbecue?
Feel free to use our outdoor grill. Please take good care of the fire and the surroundings

Local Area & Services

Are there grocery stores or shopping facilities nearby?
Yes, right in Mimice there is a shop where you can get all groceries and hygiene products, as well as fresh bread and meat.
Is there medical care available in the area?
Yes, in Omiš there is a tourist ambulance.
How far is the nearest city?
Omiš is about a 15-minute drive away. Makarska is about 30 minutes away. And Split is about 1 hour away.
How far is the beach?
The beach is about 800 meters from the house.
