The water in the pool is controlled automatically – you don’t need to do anything.
The daily care of the water, such as removing leaves or insects with the landing net, is a matter of course in your own sense.
Once a week, the pool cleaning service comes and will thoroughly clean the pool and check the water quality. However, this will not affect your stay – on the contrary, you can enjoy the cleanliness of the pool with a clear conscience.
In order to maintain the water quality during your stay, please make sure that no drinks, food or anything else gets into the pool.
Showering off the sunscreen before going into the pool helps a lot with this.
Please – also for your own safety – do not use glasses and glass bottles in the pool area. Plastic glasses are available in the kitchen for this purpose.
However, should it happen that the water „turns over“ (becomes greenish or cloudy) during your stay, please call us. We will notify the emergency pool service who will reset the water
Please note that in such a case, the pool cannot be used for a minimum of 24 hours. Any costs arising from an emergency service intervention would be charged accordingly.
