If too many end users are on at the same time, the fuse may cut off the power. In this case, please switch off some of the devices and switch them on one after the other, then push the fuse that has been pressed down on the switch box in the wardrobe room behind the door back up again. Then everything should work again – if not, please call us.
A general power cut is also to be expected sometimes – but it usually doesn’t last long.
By the way: You will find spare bulbs in the storeroom in case any break during your stay.
The outdoor lighting is set to twilight. However, you can still control the light on the entrance stairs manually and only switch it on when you need it – otherwise the light will stay on all night.
There are switches on the lowest step (next to the garage) and on the top step (next to the entrance door). You can switch these off or on – despite the twilight mode. This is helpful so that not many insects are attracted to the light at night and die, and of course the energy-saving factor must not be forgotten.
